Siclinda Omelczukis an engineer, specialist in Knowledge Management and Enterprise Intelligence by the CRIE - Center of Reference in Enterprise Intelligence of COPPE/UFRJ. She has extension courses in, Systems Analysis and Data-processing, by Admiralty of Brazil, in Business Administration by FGV - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro and Participation Management, by ESAD School of Administration and Businesses. It has been developing works and lectures in the area of Knowledge Management.
