For the company it is fundamental to look for motivating their employees' talents, using their capacities in most convenient way and investing in the works in team, where it is possible to have great knowledge change and to reach better results. It doesn't matter what is the tool used for people's development, this should preside an understanding of faiths, of abilities, of people's desires, so that they are respected and they can forge a joy base and satisfaction with acting.
