The changes in the style of administrating the business are happening in an including way, starting from the moment in it started to focus more the customer's point of view than the internal functions in the companies. Today there is a demand in returning to the goals for the essential processes - fundamental for the business of the company - that get to reflect the acting of the organizations better. In an including way we can understand the way as the things are done in the companies, as being processes. The structuring of a company for processes, that permeates the organization obliquely, accompanying the activities with a systemic vision presented as the best solution to satisfy the customers. The identification of the most important processes for the businesses of the companies goes by strategic analysis of the organization, of their critical factors of success and of its mission. The decision of how and in which processes to innovate, it is crucial, because it depends on a discerning analysis of several factors technicians, cultural, financial, among other, that can determine the viability and the success of the work. In each process we need to identify the existent activities and the abilities and competencies requested for each one of them, being stipulated levels of experience to be requested. For the correct definition of the abilities and competencies, a lot of times it should be considered several sources of information, internal and external to the company, as well as bibliographies already existent. After the identification of the people-key of processes, an evaluation should be proceeded to verify as they are these people's abilities. The difference among the level of demanded knowledge and found it in the interview; it is called "GAP". The analysis and the way as they will be treated theses "GAPS" is one of the most important points of the administration for competence. The evaluation the "GAPS" will be individual and/or in team, depending on the situation, being recommended to use as an action plan to reduce the gaps. Several bibliographies exist with models of maps to each process and activity. This without a doubt, it is a subject for long study. | ||
